Yes! Once we have completed your order, you will receive an order no. Insert that order no in the track now textbox at footer. You will get your order status.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We will not be able to cancel an order once it has been approved.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. You will be required to create a fresh order.

WHAT TO DO IF MY ORDER IS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF AN ONLINE SECURITY ISSUE?

To prevent fraudulent activities from happening online or to keep the customer’s transactions safe, the order may be cancelled because of online security issues. However, in case of cancellation, we do not receive your payment. If the amount was charged despite the cancellation, we will reverse the amount.

WHAT TO DO IF AN ITEM DISAPPEARS FROM THE SHOPPING BAG AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT?

Choosing an item while shopping on our website does not mean you have purchased it. You have to checkout to complete the shopping process. However, if you placed an item in your shopping cart and by the time you reached your checkout another customer bought the same item and checked-out before you, and if it was the last item in stock, you will receive a message that the item is no longer available.

Shipping Restrictions

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTED AREAS?

Currently, we are unable to ship to any PO Box, military, protected area/location. In case the customer has to deliver the shipment to a restricted area, the customer will bear the cost.

WHAT HAPPENS TO UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES?

Due to negligence and incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, our delivery agents may consider a package undeliverable.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?

The delivery agent will return the package to us in case the delivery address is incorrect.

HOW DO YOU PROCESS THE DELIVERY?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver the package. They also require a signature of the person receiving the delivery. The delivery agent will also call the recipient prior to making a delivery. Please indicate country code and area code clearly when placing an order.
